Terms of Service – RainDrive
1. Service Description
RainDrive provides managed data backup and optional disaster recovery services, operated by
Indsys Tech Services India Pvt Ltd.
2. Service Scope
Services include:
- Backup configuration
- Monitoring
- Restore assistance
As defined in the applicable SLA.
3. Exclusions
Unless explicitly agreed:
- No guarantee of zero data loss
- No responsibility for unsupported systems
- No liability for credential compromise
- No responsibility for pre-existing data corruption
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Maintain valid credentials
- Ensure system connectivity
- Notify Indsys of changes
- Test restores periodically (with support)
5. Data Ownership
All data remains on the customer’s property at all times.
6. Limitation of Liability
Indsys shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Business loss due to downtime
- Events beyond reasonable control
7. Service Termination
Upon termination:
- A grace period is provided for data retrieval
- Data is deleted securely after confirmation
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law.
Jurisdiction lies with courts applicable to Indsys’ registered office.
