RainDrive is a managed data backup and disaster recovery service operated by Indsys Tech
Services India Pvt Ltd (“Indsys”).

- Technical metadata required for service delivery
- Support and communication records
We do not inspect or process customer backup data content.
3. Customer Data & Backup Content
- All backup data remains the sole property of the customer
- RainDrive does not access, view, or analyze backup content
- Data is encrypted during transmission and storage
4. Use of Information
Information is used only for:
- Service delivery
- Support and communication
- Billing and compliance
- Service improvement
5. Data Security
We implement:

- Secure infrastructure
- Monitoring and logging
However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

Backup data may be stored:
- In India
- On customer-approved cloud infrastructure
- On customer-owned systems

7. Third-Party Technologies
RainDrive delivers services using enterprise-grade backup technologies, including platforms
based on Vembu, as part of a managed service model.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
Data retention follows the agreed policy.
Upon service termination, customers are provided with time to retrieve data before securing
deletion.
9. Legal Compliance
We comply with applicable Indian data protection laws and best practices.
